Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Shipment (Free Cancellation)
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so free of charge:
- Contact our customer support team immediately at tktoolsin@gmail.com or +91 88073 21235 with your Order ID.
- Prepaid Orders: A 100% full refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been dispatched from our Salem warehouse:
- The shipment cannot be intercepted in transit.
- You may decline/reject the parcel when the courier agent attempts delivery.
- Once the package is returned to our store and inspected, a refund will be processed minus two-way logistics/shipping charges.
- Cancellations Initiated by TK Tools
TK Tools reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including:
- Out-of-stock items or discontinued models.
- Unserviceable delivery locations or unverified COD details.
- Suspected fraudulent payment activity.
In all such cases, prepaid customers will receive a full 100% refund immediately.
