- Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are queued for same-day dispatch preparation.
- Upon dispatch, customers receive an automated SMS/email containing their tracking number and courier details.
- Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days across most pin codes in India.
- Remote & Regional Areas: Delivery may take 7 to 10 business days depending on courier accessibility.
- Shipping Partners
We ship exclusively through trusted national logistics partners, including Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart. - Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and transparently displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and pin-code serviceability.
- Promotional free shipping offers apply strictly as specified during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available for eligible pin codes across India.
- Verification Call/SMS: All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
- Cash-only payment must be handed over to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
- Undeliverable / Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachability, or customer rejection, the shipment will return to our Salem hub. Prepaid refunds (minus round-trip shipping fees) will be processed within 5 business days of item arrival at our store.
