At TK Tools (Treasure Kingdom), we guarantee 100% authentic, original power tools, machinery, and equipment sourced directly from official manufacturers and authorized brand distributors (including INGCO, Jadever, and other leading global tool brands).

1. 100% Original Product Guarantee

– Direct Sourcing: We hold official authorization certificates to distribute genuine power tools and industrial equipment.

– Serial Numbers & Packaging: Every item ships in original manufacturer packaging with intact quality seals and serial numbers.

– Tax Invoice: All purchases are accompanied by a valid, GST-compliant tax invoice.

2. Standard Warranty Coverage

For all power tools and electrical machinery sold on tktools.in:

– Coverage Period: 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase/invoice.

– Covered Major Components: Warranty coverage is strictly limited to core motor components: the Armature and Field Coil.

– Non-Core & Electronic Parts: Auxiliary electronics, switches, carbon brushes, power cords, outer casings, drill chucks, batteries, and chargers are excluded from core warranty coverage unless explicitly specified by the respective manufacturer on the packaging.

3. Items Without Warranty

Hand tools, hardware accessories, consumable items (saw blades, grinding wheels, drill bits), and non-motorized accessories carry NO post-purchase warranty once unboxed, except for initial out-of-the-box defects reported within 48 hours.

4. Warranty Claim Process

– Step 1: Email tktoolsin@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88073 21235 with your Order ID/Invoice and a clear video demonstrating the defect.

– Step 2: Upon initial review, the tool must be sent or brought to our Salem service center (or authorized brand service center) for inspection.

– Step 3: Verified manufacturing defects in Armature/Field Coil will be repaired or replaced free of labor/component charge.

5. Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty claims will be rejected if the product shows signs of:

– Physical drop damage, water immersion, excessive overload, or fire damage.

– Unauthorized repair attempts or opening of motor housing outside authorized service centers.

– Normal wear and tear or usage with improper voltage/generators.
