At TK Tools, we take pride in offering 100% genuine power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment directly sourced from trusted manufacturers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
– The item must be unused, un-tampered, and in the same condition that you received it.
– It must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all user manuals, accessories, spare parts, tax invoices, and warranty cards included.
– The return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
2. Acceptable Reasons for Return
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective cases under the following terms:
a) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
– If your tool arrives mechanically defective, transit-damaged, or if you receive an incorrect product/model, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Proof of defect/damage (clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label and condition) is required to process an immediate replacement or full refund.
b) Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns:
– If the item is delivered in working order but you wish to return it (change of mind/incorrect sizing choice), the item must remain completely unopened, unused, and in sealed original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns and refunds:
– Consumable tool parts that have been used or installed (e.g., used drill bits, saw blades, grinding discs, carbon brushes).
– Equipment damaged due to electrical surge, improper voltage connection, misuse, drop damage, or unauthorized self-repair.
– Custom commercial orders or clearance sale items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable”.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at tktoolsin@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88073 21235 with your Order ID, Tax Invoice, and reason for return.
2. Our customer support team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Upon authorization, you will receive instructions on sending the product back to our hub.

5. Return Shipping Fees
– For Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items: TK Tools covers 100% of the return shipping fees or arranges a reverse pickup through our courier partners at no cost to you.
– For Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees or sending the package back via a trackable courier service to our Salem hub.
6. Refund Options & Timeline
Once your returned package is received and physically inspected by our technical team:
– Notification: We will send you an email/WhatsApp notification confirming receipt and inspection approval status.
– Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed directly to your original method of payment (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are credited to the bank account details provided by the customer.
– Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days following inspection approval. Depending on your bank or payment gateway provider, the funds will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 additional business days.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
– Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched for shipping by contacting us. A 100% full refund will be processed immediately.
– Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If the package has already been handed over to the logistics carrier, it cannot be canceled in transit. You may reject delivery at your doorstep or follow the standard 7-day return procedure upon arrival.
